Questions

How does the free trial work?: Start with 10 days on your chosen plan, including one allocation of its AI credits. No card is required to begin and nothing is charged without checkout. Afterwards your store stays saved; choose a subscription to keep the plan’s features and monthly AI allowance.
What counts as GMV?: Gross merchandise value: the total of your paid and partially refunded orders in a calendar month (UTC), including tax and shipping, across the stores you created. Cancelled, fully refunded, pending, demo and test orders do not count. Other currencies are converted to US dollars at rates fixed for that month.
What happens if my sales go over my plan?: Nothing on your store is paused. Once a month closes, if its GMV was above your plan’s limit, your plan moves to the smallest one that covers it (Scale up to $100,000, Pro up to $500,000) on the 8th of the following month; its limits apply straight away and its price from your next billing date after that, with no charge before then. Your dashboard shows the change and its date first. Above $500,000 a month we contact you about Enterprise. Plans never move down automatically.
How does the Build offer work?: New accounts on Starter pay $99.50 a month instead of $199 while they build. The offer lasts up to 3 months from the day the subscription starts, trial included, and ends as soon as a custom domain goes live on one of your stores. Starter is then billed at $199 a month. One Build offer per account.
Can I import my current catalogue?: Connect Shopify or upload your catalogue through CSV. You can review the imported data before replacing your demo.
Can I change my plan?: Yes, from your account’s Billing section. A move up is charged pro rata straight away; a move down is credited against your next invoice. You can move down while neither this month nor the last closed month is above the lower plan’s GMV limit.
